Getting started

The app has Mail, Contacts, Calendar and Journal, with HEY's own keyboard shortcuts. Press ? to see them. It follows HEY live: a thread you archive on your phone leaves the screen a moment later.

Using the CLI

Every command explains itself with --help. At a terminal the output is made for reading. Piped, a command that returns data writes JSON, and --jq filters it without a separate jq:

Coding agents

The setup wizard connects the agents it finds. To do it yourself:

hey mcp saves drafts and never sends mail. You send a draft from HEY or with hey draft send <id>.
